The Mother of Mercy Free Medical Clinic provides appointments for annual physicals, disease management, sick visits, health classes, and referral to medical services including referrals to other Catholic Charities services.  We do NOT offer OB / GYN care, emergency appointments, advance illness care, dental or vision care at this time.

All prospective patients must complete a Financial Intake Appointment to review eligibility criteria prior to being seen by a physician. Please call the Appointment and Intake Line at 703-335-2779 to schedule your screening. There are no same day doctor visits at this time. You must bring all documentation with you at the time of your financial screening.

We are open for intake Monday through Thursday. The clinic makes appointments with the General Practitioner(GP) on Wednesdays between 1:00 pm -7:00 pm. There are specialty doctors (all volunteers) throughout the week who see patients with the GP's referral.

  • Adult Resident of Western Prince William County, Manassas City, and Manassas Park
  • Income at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level
  • No insurance or underinsured

Additional Comments: 
The clinic will not charge clients receiving basic medical care they could not otherwise obtain. All of the doctors and nurses who will work at the free clinic will volunteer their time to provide this free medical care. The free clinic will also be a portal toward other necessary integrated services that Catholic Charities provides, such as: counseling, emergency financial and food assistance, and referrals for workforce development and immigration support.

George Mason University's Mason and Partners (MAP) interprofessional clinics serve the uninsured, immigrant, and refugee community within Prince William and Fairfax counties in Northern Virginia. These bridge-care model free clinics, located in Manassas, Springfield, and Culmore, provide health care, school physicals, screenings, and mental health services for vulnerable populations located in low income and medically underserved areas (MUA). The ambulatory clinics provide to the community referrals, resources, and case management for medical home placement; wellness and integrated care workshops; and group care for chronic disease management and education.

Services Not offered: pre-employment physicals, obstetrics care, medical care for complicated illnesses. Note: immunizations need to be obtained from the local Health Department.
