The G. Wayne Fraline Free Clinic For the Homeless provides medical services for homeless men, women and children.  The clinic has 6 exam rooms, 2 psychiatric counseling offices, 4 dental operatories and a large classroom as well as a large reception area.  The Clinic operates with a staff nurse, a part-time nurse practitioner, a medication coordinator and a host of volunteer healthcare professionals from the community.

Medication Assistance is provided to homeless, jobless, uninsured individuals through the Rescue Mission Free Clinic for the Homeless. Medication and medication management are provided at no charge to homeless patients.

Intense Medical Case Management is the most efficient way to meet these growing needs. Appointments can be made Monday through Friday. Walk-in appointments are available on Tuesday evenings.

Respite Care is available for guests with illnesses and injuries requiring frequent medical treatments, bed rest, or acute management and managed through the Rescue Mission Free Clinic for the Homeless. Respite Care is intended to last no more than 2 weeks and must be requested directly from a medical provider.

The Clinic is located across the street from the main Mission and is on a city bus route.

The Richard F. Clark Medical Clinic provides free primary care and preventive healthcare to those who do not have the resources to meet their medical needs.  Patients must be uninsured and at or below the 300% Federal poverty guidelines. The clinic is open by appointment only and patients must be screened for eligibility.   

Those at 138% ($17,236 and below) should apply for Medicaid Expansion

Bradley Free Clinic provides free medical, dental and pharmacy services to the Valley's working poor. Among the services available are primary care, chronic care, lab work, x-rays, cancer screening, limited outpatient minor surgery, counseling, eye exams, patient education, and free referrals.

The clinic is staffed by volunteer professionals. Each patient's financial history is reviewed to determine their eligibility to receive services. Each patient is given individual consideration.  Free clinic patients have income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.

Typically, the Clinic provides health care for (a) working people who are uninsured or underinsured, people, (b) people who are attempting to become self-sufficient while getting off welfare; (c) people residing at the Rescue Mission, Salvation Army, Hegira House, Turning Point or other shelters; and (d) college students without family support.
