Who We Are

George Mason University's Mason and Partners (MAP) interprofessional clinics serve the uninsured, immigrant, and refugee community within Prince William and Fairfax counties in Northern Virginia. These bridge-care model free clinics, located in Manassas, Springfield, and Culmore, provide health care, school physicals, screenings, and mental health services for vulnerable populations located in low income and medically underserved areas (MUA). The ambulatory clinics provide to the community referrals, resources, and case management for medical home placement; wellness and integrated care workshops; and group care for chronic disease management and education.

Services Not offered: pre-employment physicals, obstetrics care, medical care for complicated illnesses. Note: immunizations need to be obtained from the local Health Department.

Tuesday clinic is at Manassas Park, 99 Tremont Street, Manassas, VA 20111 8am until Noon

Wednesday clinic is at Springfield, 7224 Commerce Street, Springfield, VA 22150 9am until 1pm

Thursday clinic is at Culmore, 3304-B Culmore Ct, Falls Church, VA 22041 from 9am until 1pm
