Call for Speakers

VCPEA encourages speakers from a diversity of fields and backgrounds to submit a proposal to present at our 30th Annual Conference. Deadline for submission is October 31st 5pm.

Registration

Early Bird Registration: $400 (January 20th - February 20th)

Regular Registration: $450 (February 21st - April 22nd)

Lodging & Meals

Lodging will be available at the Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront for a rate of $109/ per night. Attendees will receive link to reserve their hotel rooms upon registration to the conference.

Conference registration will include breakfast for two days (Thursday and Friday) and lunch on Thursday. Attendees will be responsible for other meals.
